Do you accept BPJS Kesehatan? +
Yes, Hermina Hospitalis is a BPJS Kesehatan accredited provider (Kelas B). We accept BPJS for a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services. Please bring your BPJS card and a referral letter from your Faskes I when visiting.
How do I obtain my medical records? +
Medical records can be requested in person at our Medical Records department (ground floor, Block B), or by emailing medicalrecords@herminahospitalis.com. Processing takes 3–5 business days. Please bring your ID and patient registration number.
Is there parking available at the hospital? +
Yes, we have a multi-storey car park with over 400 spaces available 24/7. The first hour is complimentary for outpatients. Valet parking is also available at the main entrance from 07:00–20:00.
Can I get a second opinion from a specialist? +
Absolutely. We encourage patients to seek second opinions and our specialists are available for consultations on existing diagnoses or treatment plans. Please bring all previous medical documentation to your appointment.
